We will also explore how to boost your self-esteem and confidence. Section Two- Managing Emotional Eating The second section looks at metabolism myths and why you are always craving food. We will finish this section with a guided food meditation. Section Three- Boosting Energy Levels The third section moves into sleep, habits, and movement. Specifically, how we can use the habit formula to create daily rituals to boost our energy, sleep, and wellbeing Intuitive Eating The final videos explore how to tap into your hunger and fullness cues and trust yourself.
